Yes, I welcome custom order requests! After a consultation, we will assess whether I can accommodate your specific request. Please note that all custom orders require a non-refundable deposit of $50. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your custom wreath. Additionally, there is an additional $25 fee for the time allocated to researching products and making special arrangements to create your unique design. I strive to bring your vision to life and provide you with a personalized wreath that suits your preferences. • Send me a message via my contact page and provide details about the wreath, description, or any specific features you remember. Also, there’s a good chance if you check my website portfolios,  Facebook or Instagram pages there may be a photo.
• I will check if I have the necessary supplies to create a similar wreath.

At this time, I do not have the option to directly ship wreaths from the boutique. However, if you have seen a wreath in one of my social media posts, I can recreate a similar one for you to be shipped once it is paid for in advance as a 'MADE TO ORDER' request.

Yes, I do offer special arrangements for online custom orders to be picked up at the Painted Tree Boutiques (PT) Cary, NC location at the register desk. Your wreath will be delivered to PT within the discussed time frame, and you will receive a text message once it's available for pickup at your convenience.

I use quality faux products and affixing materials that are meant to last through several seasons. I use high-temperature hot glue, steel picks, cable zip ties, and floral vine wire. All of my wreaths are very neat and professional.

I take extra measures to thoroughly clean, reinforce, and condition grapevines before designing them, which is a process that takes at least 3-4 hours. After I execute a design, I use the same products in the design and incorporate some of it into the backside between the airy gaps where you can see through the vines to give a more natural polished finished creation from front to back.

Mesh wreaths are made on a sealed metal wire frame. I use the same affixing materials noted above. 

You should be able to put your wreath outside and not have to worry about it getting ruined by the elements. I recommend hanging your wreath on an exterior door that has a slight overhang. If you know of a big rainstorm coming where there will be sheets of horizontal rain and a lot of wind, I suggest taking your wreath off the door until the storm passes. For light showers, it should be fine. But as you know, over time the sun will fade a wreath, some flowers or mesh fade faster than others. But don't worry; your wreath should give you 3-4 seasons of enjoyment before that happens! 

During the busy holiday season from October to December, please note that made-to-order items may take up to 3 weeks to fulfill. I appreciate your understanding and patience as I work diligently to create your custom wreath.

Each wreath is carefully packaged in a sturdy, corrugated box, and securely cable-zipped to prevent any movement during transit. This measure is in place to guarantee that your wreath remains intact and undamaged.

Please note that due to the delicate nature of my creations, I'm unable to combine shipping costs. Each wreath is shipped individually to prevent any potential harm during transportation.

For shipping, I rely on the reliable services of UPS Ground. On average, delivery times range from 3 to 5 business days. Upon shipping your wreath, I will send you an email notification, excluding pre-orders which will receive a separate notification.

If you happen to be located nearby, you may be pleasantly surprised with an earlier delivery. However, please be aware that delivery times may vary depending on your location and UPS's coverage area. In the rare event that UPS does not offer delivery to your location, I will connect with you to discuss this further.

If you require expedited shipping, please don't hesitate to reach out via the contact page. We can explore faster shipping options, with any additional costs incurred by the buyer.

It's understandable that you may notice a slight variation in pricing from the wreaths at the boutique to a custom order request to ship.. The reason for this is that the flat rate shipping fee $.9.99 (Servicing NC) for orders only covers the cost of the courier service required for delivery. It does not include the additional expenses for shipping materials such as the box, packing materials, drop off at the courier, and other associated costs. Rest assured, I prioritize the secure packaging and safe delivery of my creations, and these extra costs are factored into the price of the wreath being shipped..

Accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. 

"Made upon order" it means that each wreath is crafted individually after receiving an order. 

The turnaround time for "made upon order" items can vary depending on factors such as the volume of orders and the availability of materials. What's going on at the brick and mortar boutique. It is typically a week turnaround time before shipping. This timeframe allows Angie Wreaths to clean, reinforce, and condition the grapevine and gather the necessary greenery, florals, and other materials (typically readily available) before crafting and delivering the wreath.

A Masterclass Special is a unique offering where I participate in a series of Masterclasses each year to gain in-depth knowledge and expertise in creating specific designs from renowned top designers using high-end products. After mastering the techniques, I offer the resulting creations, such as wreaths or arrangements, to my customers at a cost savings, providing them with limited edition, high-quality designs at a greate price point.
