Each wreath is carefully packaged with intention to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. Designs are placed in a sturdy, corrugated box and securely cable-tied to prevent movement during transit.
Because of the delicate nature and size of each wreath, shipping cannot be combined. Each wreath must be purchased and shipped individually to properly account for packaging and handling, helping to prevent damage during delivery.
I ship using UPS Ground, with typical delivery times ranging from 2–5 business days once your order ships. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when your wreath is on its way. (Pre-orders will receive a separate notification once they ship.)
If you’re located nearby, your wreath may arrive sooner; however, delivery times can vary based on location and UPS service coverage. In the rare event that UPS does not service your area, I will reach out directly to discuss next steps.

In the unlikely event that your wreath arrives damaged, please contact Angie Wreaths within 2 business days of receiving your order so I can assist you promptly.
To process a damage claim, photo documentation will be required, and in some cases, a physical inspection at a UPS-approved location may be necessary. You may be asked to return the wreath in its original box with all packing materials included, as this is often required by the carrier for claim review.
If a return is needed, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided. Once the wreath has been shipped back and received by Angie Wreaths, a refund will be issued.
If you are located outside the East Coast, I’m happy to review your request on a case-by-case basis for locations within the United States only. Shipping costs may vary depending on the wreath style, size, and destination. Please reach out to me through the Contact Page and include the wreath you are interested in purchasing along with your shipping address.

It's understandable that you may notice a slight variation in pricing between the wreaths online and at the boutique. The reason for this is that the flat rate shipping fee for online orders only covers the cost of the courier service required for delivery. It does not include the additional expenses for shipping materials such as the box, packing materials, drop off at the courier, insurace, and other associated costs. Rest assured, I prioritize the secure packaging and safe delivery of my creations to online customers, and these extra costs are factored into the price of the wreaths sold online.
Outside of the holiday season, most made-to-order pieces are completed within 1–2 weeks. Each design is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and attention to detail while balancing both boutique and online orders.
During the holiday season (October through December), made-to-order pieces may take up to 2–3 weeks to complete. Outside of this timeframe, most orders are ready within about 2 weeks.

Yes, I do offer special arrangements for online orders to be picked up at the Painted Tree Boutiques (PT) Cary, NC location at the register desk. During checkout, please ensure to click on the designated box for 'In-Person Pickup'. Also, this will omit the shipping fee. Your wreath will be delivered to PT no later than the next business day, and you will receive a text message once it's available for pickup at your convenience.

"Made upon order" it means that each wreath is crafted individually after receiving an order.
The turnaround time for "made upon order" items can vary depending on factors such as the volume of orders and the availability of materials. It is typically a week turnaround time before shipping. This timeframe allows Angie Wreaths to clean, reinforce, and condition the grapevine and gather the necessary greenery, florals, and other materials (typically readily available) before crafting and delivering the wreath.
Rest assured, as the creator, Angie Wreaths work diligently to complete each order in a timely manner. I prioritize delivering a high-quality product and assure customers that each wreath is handcrafted with love and care, meeting the highest quality standards.
You should be able to put your wreath outside and not have to worry about it getting ruined by the elements. I recommend hanging your wreath on an exterior door that has a slight overhang. If you know of a big rainstorm coming where there will be sheets of horizontal rain and a lot of wind, I suggest taking your wreath off the door until the storm passes. For light showers, it should be fine. But as you know, over time the sun will fade a wreath, some flowers or mesh fade faster than others. But don't worry; your wreath should give you 3-4 seasons of enjoyment before that happens!
Yes—this is one of the most common questions I receive! Many of my customers love their wreaths so much, they enjoy displaying them inside their homes, not just on the front door. Yes! All wreaths listed in my online shop are available for purchase through online checkout. During checkout, simply select local pickup at Painted Tree Boutiques in Cary, NC, and your wreath will be delivered there for pickup.
At this time, I do not have the option to directly ship wreaths from the boutique. However, if you have seen a wreath in one of my social media posts, I can recreate a similar one for you to be shipped once it is paid for in advance as a 'MADE TO ORDER' item via the online shop.
I use quality faux products and affixing materials that are meant to last through several seasons. I use high-temperature hot glue, steel picks, cable zip ties, and floral vine wire. All of my wreaths are very neat and professional.
I take extra measures to thoroughly clean, reinforce, and condition grapevines before designing them, which is a process that takes at least 3-4 hours. After I execute a design, I use the same products in the design and incorporate some of it into the backside between the airy gaps where you can see through the vines to give a more natural polished finished creation from front to back.
Mesh wreaths are made on a sealed metal wire frame. I use the same affixing materials noted above.
The sizes of my creations are included in the description of the item. I measure each item before listing it, So you can be confident that the measurement is accurate. If you ever need to be absolutely certain or need confirmation of size, please message me.
Please keep in mind that the availability of supplies may vary, so I cannot guarantee an exact match. However, I will do my best to create a wreath that meets your preferences.
Yes, I welcome custom order requests! After a consultation, we will assess whether I can accommodate your specific request. Please note that all custom orders require a non-refundable deposit of $50.
